As the Applications Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation, support, and maintenance of the Epic EMR system. • This is a hybrid position with 5 weeks per year on-site in Toppenish, Washington required and on occasion for special projects.
• Candidates must reside in Washington State (excluding Seattle), Oregon, or Idaho.
• Epic Willow or Bridges experience highly preferred.

  • $99,800.00-$136,000/hour DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates.

    As an Applications Manager, your tasks will include:
    
    • Plans, develops, and prioritizes assigned staff work activities, and resolves issues.
    • Supervises Tier 2 and Tier 3 support operations to ensure timely resolution to system issues.
    • Develops project plans, schedules, and allocates resources to complete work.
    • Oversees projects for Analysts and Specialists and ensures project objectives are defined and met.
    • Develops and/or recommends solutions or approaches to solve new or existing complex problems.
    • Writes, maintains, verifies, and ensures the complete and accurate documentation of IS workflows, systems, and/or projects.
    • Oversees the development of test plans and system upgrades.
    • Hires, coaches, mentors and trains direct report staff.
    • Works with the IS Security team to ensure all company policies concerning HIPAA and general system security are adequately represented and enforced.
    • May require periodic travel by automobile to various YVFWC sites located across our service regions (Washington and Oregon).
      REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
      
      • Must have one of the following :
        • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant field and at least 5 years of experience working in Information Systems supporting applications and working with end users.
        • Associate's Degree and at least 7 years of experience working in Information Systems supporting applications and working with end users.
        • High School Diploma/GED and at least 9 years of experience working in Information Systems supporting applications and working with end users.
        • Additional Requirements :
          • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Epic Application Analyst.
          • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in an I.T. setting.
          • Valid Driver's License and proof of auto liability insurance coverage.
