Seeking a reliable, competent and flexible physician who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work life balance to work in our newly remodeled & expanded Oncology Clinic/infusion center, located within the hospital. Details For this Opportunity: -Hematology Oncology -Independent 501(c)3 not-for profit health system that includes a community hospital and 13 primary and specialty clinics - Approximately 200 clinic visits per month between two providers -4 days a week, 8 hours a day at one Hospital, office hours 8am-5pm. -1 day a week, 8-hour day at another Hospital. (This is factored into the current FTE, approx. 6-8 patients a week , and mileage is reimbursed). -Nurse practitioner to support the provider -Hem/Onc providers are within the clinic space to support Infusion staff as well. -The Infusion Clinic supports approximately 475-525 infusions per month. -Base salary $475-500k, plus RVU bonus based on annual threshold (our providers are on pace to achieve the threshold) -Quality incentives up to $30,000, Commencement bonus: Eliglible, $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time , Student loan repayment -Hospital employed -Full benefits including a 401k match, Paid malpractice etc. - Epic EMR -Small but vibrant community with a high ranked school-system and a diverse and rich outdoor lifestyle.
