Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in various carpentry tasks, including installation, remodeling, and fixture installation. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes and the ability to work effectively on construction sites.

Our ideal candidate has an aptitude for precision and can accommodate unique build requirements from clients. We prefer candidates who have 2+ years of prior experience in TI work, and strong attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities

Perform building tenant improvements: demolition, framing, finish and trim, painting, etc.


Measure, cut, and install various fixtures and millwork for doors, windows, ceiling panels, etc.


Follow established regulations and advocate for safety on each worksite.



Requirements and Qualifications

2+ years of carpentry remodels, tenant improvements on commercial sites.


Blueprint reading skills.


Tooled with: belt and hand tools and power tools.


Troubleshooting and communication skills.


Physical stamina for lifting equipment and working at various heights and in tight spaces.


Reliable transportation, ability to pass a background check.
